Why This Site Exists
I bought guohen.com a long time ago.
For years, it felt like a name waiting for the right work to arrive. I considered using it for reflective writing, for a quiet archive of personal traces, or for notes on people and history. None of those directions were entirely wrong, but none of them felt fully earned.
That changed when I encountered Human Choice, Heavenly Choice, publicly shared by Lu Fei / Jiang Lan.
Only then did it become clear that guohen.com did not need to be a general-purpose site or a brand built around the domain itself. It needed to become a quieter reading address for one book: a place where readers could enter the text, its chapters, and its reflections without distraction.
